The lawyers also perform the function of looking closely whether the banks are abiding by these federal and state regulations or not. Banks require a legal body to deal with important clients because of huge investment and to maintain trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, such clients also require legal advice to secure their investment and assets and to act upon this advice at the time of making financial decisions. Insurance companies need lawyers to specify their legal terms. For instance, the person requires to come into agreement with the insurer for becoming eligible for the insurance. Also, the minors and mentally unfit are not liable to insurance contracts.
